There is no better riad in Marrakesh.

This Riad is the best! The best location. The best service. The best hammam experience. Simply amazing. It’s the little things that make this place amazing; the shuttle service to/from the airport; the loaner phone to use for directions (leaving your phone’s batteries to take pictures); the friendly staff who will meet you to walk you home or out if you get lost in the maze of street; the willingness to arrange taxis; the delicious included breakfast which they will serve your anywhere in the hotel; the in-house spa for an amazing hammam/massage experience; the free laundry service and the list goes on and on. Every member of the staff is friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary to make your visit extraordinary. The location is just edge of the madness of the shuk, but close enough to walk into the heart within a few short minutes. There are reasons this road is rated the #1 road in Africa and the #5 boutique hotel in the world.

Beautiful oasis of peace

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Kherredine. the accommodation is a lovely oasis of peace in the mayhem of the streets of Marrakesh. the location is clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and attentive. The food is great and we ended up eating there most nights . Our room (Mimosa ) was large, comfortable and clean . There was some noise from bikes in the alleyway and the call to prayer , but it was Ramadan. Great value for the quality of the Riad.

Unmatched luxury and hospitality!

I recently stayed at the Riad Kheirredine and I can’t recommend it enough - definitely a 5-star experience! The property is stunning, but what really sets it apart is the unmatched service. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease thanks to the incredible staff, they made me feel right at home. It’s a serene, calm environment that leans toward couples, but the luxury was something I fully enjoyed, and I’d recommend it to anyone. Truly outstanding in every way. No complaints, just pure excellence, and I can't wait to stay here again!

Exceptional and flawless experience

We had an exceptional stay at Riad Kheirredine and would highly recommend it without hesitation. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. We were picked up from the airport and smoothly escorted all the way to the riad, where we were warmly welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea. We stayed in the Patchouli room, which was beautifully decorated and immediately immersed us in the authentic Moroccan atmosphere. The entire property is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with multiple relaxing spaces, a gym, and several pools, including a lovely heated indoor pool. Breakfast on the rooftop was rich and delicious, with impeccable service every morning. One evening, we requested to have dinner in our room — the food was excellent and the service was incredibly prompt and friendly. A truly unique touch was the mobile phone provided to us during our stay, allowing us to stay in direct contact with the riad at any time while we were out — something we found extremely helpful. Another detail that made a big difference was the constant sense of safety. A member of the staff would always accompany us to the nearest accessible point for taxis, especially at night, which made us feel very secure at all times. Even after our departure, the team remained available and helpful when we reached out to them — a level of care that is rare to find. Overall, this was a flawless experience. The service is truly exceptional, and we would definitely choose Riad Kheirredine again.

Amazing Riad. Amazing staff. Amazing stay

Riad Kheirredine is a fantastic boutique hotel - very worthy of its numerous accolades. It’s in a quiet location in the Medina and is a real oasis of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The architecture is stunning, the amenities great and the room we stayed in was beautiful. We had a traditional Moroccan dinner one night of our stay and it was excellent. The breakfasts are plentiful and catering for my wife who is gluten-free was no problem whatsoever. I celebrated a birthday whilst there and the staff helped make it a special occasion with a surprise cake and rendition of “happy birthday” as well as decorating our room. Every single member of staff is friendly and welcoming - the hospitality is second to none and is warm and genuine. We interacted most with Fadwa (front of house) and Mohammad (restaurant) and they were outstanding - real ambassadors for the Kheirredine brand. Fadwa arranged a private tour for us, booked a local restaurant and sorted out a transfer to Agadir for the second part of our holiday in Morocco - all done efficiently. We had a great stay at the Riad and would recommend it to anyone. Big thanks to the Kheirredine team - you’re all amazing!
