Incredible

This hotel is unbelievable. Once you have stayed here this sets the bar for anywhere else you will stay We first went in October 2022 and have visited several times since with family and friends and also recommended it to so many people who have loved it The staff are wonderful and Kevin the manager is fantastic . Always checking in and making sure everything is tip top The suites are all incredible and the food is excellent that we often don’t leave the hotel. It’s extremely private so the perfect place for some R&R There is nothing I could fault

50th birthday party

We arranged my 50th birthday at the Ksar Char Bagh, and had about 50 guests, many of whom stayed at the hotel. It was an epic event and the hotel and staff really stepped up to make it a magical few days. The concierge Hiba organised everything down to the last detail. It was all exquisitely opulent. The band and DJ had everyone going right til the end. Thank you for creating a beautiful event and memories.

Best Hotel/venue

Had my wedding at this venue and it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were taken care of by hiba at KCH and for the months leading up to our event she was extremely accomodating and responsive to all our needs, and even more so in person. During our actual stay the hospitality was wonderful and warm. The venue is incredible and unlike any other I’ve seen with morrocan architecture and beautiful garden areas. Food also was amazing. Definitely coming back.

Luxury and flawless service, just outstanding!

Aside from the awesome architecture and styling the hotel staff were attentive and professional making our stay incredibly relaxing. Our room had a wonderful view from of the Atlas Mountains and a terrace where we could watch the sunrise/set and hot air balloons ascending at dawn. Whilst only a short taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of old town Marrakesh the hotel offered a tranquil haven and much needed place to relax and unwind. We’ve stayed at some wonderful 5+ star hotels round the world but this one certainly underscored the luxury brand. One site was a spa, fabulous pool lined by established palm trees and shrubs made it seem very private and exclusive. The icing on the cake was the attitude of staff, courteous, professional and totally efficient ensuring that every element of your stay was just perfect whether in the hotel or outside. The slight negative was the quality of the WIFI that was patchy at best and sadly down to external factors. The hotel apologised and attempted to remedy. That said, the day to day organisation of our activity timetable by the staff was flawless. The term “go the extra mile” was typified with three beautiful dinners, two of which were held in a private music filled room that boasted a large log fireplace and typical moorish furniture and furnishings. White flower blossoms on black tablecloth just underpinned the attention to detail. It was indeed a luxury hotel with exquisite service from an outstanding team. Thank you, Imane, Mohamed, Abdel and team for making our stay so memorable.
